REGISTRATION is now OPEN for the 2010 SEASON.

Simply open the registration form, fill it out and mail it along with
your registration fee to the address on the top of the form OR REGISTER IN PERSON.

FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADER REGISTRATION DATES
SATURDAY, MAY 29-SUNDAY, AUGUST 1st
Saturdays: 11 AM - 2 PM
Sundays: 2 PM - 5 PM

FLAG: $75 (Ages 4-6)

TACKLE: $135 (Ages 7-12)

CHEERLEADING: $135 (Ages 5-12)

Flag price includes: Team Shirt, Insurance,
Richland County Usage Fee, Flags, and Participation Trophy

Tackle price includes: use of Helmet and Shoulder Pads,
Jersey, Insurance, Richland County Usage Fee,
Mouth Pieces, and Participation Trophy

Cheerleading includes: Full Cheerleader Uniform,
Pom-Poms, Insurance, Richland County Usage Fee,
and Participation Trophy
